How Payments Work

We hold the buyer's payment safely until the transaction is complete. Buyer pays, seller ships, buyer confirms, money releases. If the buyer does nothing for 24 hours after delivery confirmation, money releases automatically. The 24-hour window after delivery confirmation is also the dispute window.

A small service fee is added to the buyer's checkout total. Sellers receive the full listed price. No listing fees, no surprises.

What If Something Goes Wrong?

Item not as described: 24 hours from delivery confirmation to raise a dispute. Email hello@gofted.com with your order reference and photos.

Seller doesn't dispatch: No tracking uploaded after the 5 business day dispatch window? Contact us. We'll cancel and refund in full.
